A rather dirty GBRf Class 66/7 No. 66728 Institution of Railway Operators standing idle outside the gates of the Harwich Haltermann Carless Oil Refinery on 21st December 2016. It is allocated to the Harwich Refinery - North Walsham diagram but has obviously recently been involved in the RHTT operation - hence its dirty state.
