The weekend of 8th-9th October 2016 saw engineering work between Cardiff Central and Cardiff Queen Street taking place. Here, an engineers' train from Westbury to Cardiff Queen Street via Stormstown Loop is seen heading north beside the River Taff near Radyr on 8th October 2016, with Class 66 No. 66164 in charge. Classmate No. 66061 was at the rear.
