Passing through Spalding station on its way from Peterborough up sidings first to Lincoln on 8th July 2016 is Volker Rail Matisa R24 S Ballast Regulator No. DR77802. After reaching Lincoln it will return south again, passing through Spalding, Peterborough to Biggleswade and then head back north to Huntingdon Down sidings.
