18:01 Class 90 No. 90014 Norfolk and Norwich Festival with DVT No. 82114 behind leads 16:45 Witham - Norwich Crown Point ecs on 14th June 2016. This was the set involved in the fatality at Witham while working IP16 09:30 Liverpool Street - Norwich with the DVT leading.
