BR Standard Class 5 No. 73096 stands at Alresford on 7th July 2007 with the 10:30 service to Alton. The loco was displaying a smokebox door number plate of long scrapped sister loco No. 73029, and was taking part in the Gala to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the end of Southern Region steam.
