Operated by West Coast Railways, Class 47 No. 47580 is seen on the approach to Silverdale (Lancs), with the ECS from Carnforth to Grange-Over-Sands for the GB IX tour on the 4th of May 2016. Having collected the passengers at Grange, the train would return to Carnforth and be taken over by 45690 'Leander' for the Carnforth - Doncaster leg of the tour.
