BR Brush Type 4 No. 47812 heads north at Tipton Watery Lane on the Birmingham to Wolverhampton main line with a London Paddington to Manchester service on 11th February 1991. The locomotive is still in service with GBRf and has recently carried its pre-TOPS number of D1916 in BR green livery. The snow covered Birmingham to Wolverhampton canal is to the right of the picture.
