Visiting from the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, ex GWR Class 4200 2-8-0T No. 4247 is seen approaching Creech Bottom crossing, south of it's River Frome stop on the first day of the Swanage Railway's Spring Steam Gala on 8th April 2016. The loco. is restricted to working top and tail north of Norden owing to gauging issues. The loco. cylinders apparently fouled the up platforms at Harmans Cross and Corfe Castle. The loco. worked to Swanage via the down platforms.
