On the 31st March 2016 Class 50s No. 50017 'Royal Oak' No. 50007 'Hercules' and No. 50050 'Fearless' worked from Washwood Heath to the GCR(N) to collect prototype HST power car Class 41 No. 41001 and matching coaches and are seen passing Barrow-upon-Soar on the STP 09:10 Hotchley Hill to Leicester L.I.P. to collect 2 further locomotives before heading to Dereham. The locomotives are to run at the Mid-Norfolk Railway Gala at the weekend.
