A GBRf Class 66/7 No. 66755 parked unusually outside the Harwich Refinery gates for the second week running on 13th January 2016. A possible explanation is that the locomotive is rostered to the Harwich - North Walsham trip all week and if any are cancelled then parking the locomotive here keeps it away from any movement issues in Harwich Parkeston Quay yard required by Network Rail and GBRf to prepare the overnight Ballast-replacing train on the GEML.
