DVT No. 82118 leading with Class 90 No. 90013 on the rear of 14:57 ECS Colchester - Norwich on 12th January 2016 at Ipswich station. The set worked 13:00 Norwich - Liverpool Street -27mins at Ipswich which hit an obstruction on the line and damaged a hose on the front of the Class 90. The train was terminated at Colchester.
