Class 90 No. 90004 City of Chelmsford waits in platform 3 at Ipswich on 8th January 2016 running 19 minutes early with 10:30 Ilford EMUD - Norwich Crown Point conveying MK3 TSO No. 12013. The train was waiting for a driver to take it to Norwich who was on the train from Lowestoft.
