A notable visitor to the North Warwickshire line on 25th August 2014 was Class 60 No. 60059 'Swinden Dalesman'. It is seen in heavy rain passing Shirley, on the outskirts of Birmingham, with the 'Retro Shakespearean Tug' railtour from Leeds to Stratford on Avon.
