5 December 2015 - Euskotren Tranbia, part of Basque Railways, CAF built Urbos 1 No. 406 in Bilbao centre with a working from Atxuri to La Casilla on 5th December 2015. These 25 metre long on a metre gauge unit were built between 1999 and 2006. They operate a service across the city linking railway stations via shopping streets and tourist sites to the main hospital and bus station.
