After its initial attempt to reach Mallaig from Fort William, hauling a 4 coach train and setting fire in abundance to the countryside, the decision was taken to run ex NBR 0-6-0 No. 673 Maude with a 2 coach train only from Fort William to Glenfinnan. At a colourful Mallaig Junction Fort William No. 673 heads for Glenfinnan on an unrecorded date during July 1984.
