Class 31/4 No. 31419 enters March with the 13:20 Harwich PQ - Blackpool, 'The Northwest Dane' on 28th November 1986. New to traffic as D5697 at 30A Stratford on 11th May 1961, under the TOPS renumbering it became Class 31/4 No. 31419 in April 1974 and after reallocation to Departmental duties finally became Class 31/5 No. 31519 on 18th May 1990. Following withdrawal, it moved to CRDC Springs Branch for component recovery on 3rd September 1998 and had been dismantled by 7th March 2001.
