Class 47/4 No. 47810 Porterbrook at Stowmarket on 16th July 2005 with The Greene King Charter from Bury St Edmunds to Great Yarmouth. Class 86/2 No. 86235 on the other end worked the train to Norwich.The 47 worked to Bury and from Norwich to Great Yarmouth. New to stock as No. D1924 on 20th December 1965 at 86A Cardiff Canton, under TOPS became No. 47247 on 31st December 1973 before renumbering to Class 47/4 No. 47655 on 10th September 1986. It finally became No. 47810 after fitting with long-range fuel tanks in February 1989. The locomotive is currently with DRS.
