Class 86/4 No. 86423 enters Crewe with The Cornish Scot the 08:50 Glasgow - Penzance on 28th July 1988. New as E3152 on 7th May 1966 and under TOPS it became No. 86023 on 5th December 1973 and 86323 on 23rd August 1980. The AL6 was renumbered to 86423 on 12th November 1986 and 86623 on 7th October 1990. The 86 was stored at Crewe on 30th October 2003 and withdrawn in January 2010 and cut up by Sandbach Car & Commercial Dismantlers at Crewe LNWR the same month.
