TCDD 'Skyliner' 2-10-0 No. 56318 is a Vulcan Iron Works (VIW) of Pennsylvania product dating from 1948 and is seen on the approach to Irmak from the Cankiri direction with a modest freight train on 8th May 1982. These impressive locomotives, with their high running plate, were the mainstay of motive power at this location.
