Dispatched from Crewe Works on 6th February 1962 as BR No.D59, Peak Type 4 No. 45104 is pictured at Derby circa June 1984. The locomotive was withdrawn on 13th April 1988 and scrapped at M C Metals, Glasgow on 17th February 1992.
