The isle of Man Douglas Bay Horse Tramway 3 foot gauge long open toastrack tram No. 39 is seen on Douglas promenade on 16th June 2000. Although this tramway is the oldest surviving horse tramway in the UK, in 2015 it will be closed during the development of the seafront, and it is planned to be reopened with a single track with passing loops replacing the double track.
