Network Rail Class 31/1 No. 31285 passes through Burton-on-Trent on 25th January 2015 working a test train from Hither Green Reception to Derby RTC. The unit consisted of coaches No. 6264 Generator Van, No. 999605 Ultrasonic Test and No. 977983 Electronic Measurement with DSBO No. 9703 at the rear.
