The strange sight of Network Rail Windhoff MPVs No. DR98962 (slave leading) and No. DR98912 (power unit trailing) without any modules fitted was seen on 5th January 2015 as they passed North Stafford Junction, travelling from Wigan after the RHTT season to the Midland Railway - Butterley.
