The low afternoon sun glints off WCRC maroon Class 57/3 No. 57315 as it takes the 08:45 Carnforth to Derby Statesman Rail empty stock working through North Stafford Junction on 12th December 2014. Classmate No. 57314 was on the rear of this working, and the locomotives and stock are to be used on a charter from Leicester to Edinburgh the following day.
