A scene no longer possible in Quedlinburg, with DB Class 232 No. 232128 on a Magdeburg to Thale service and Class 771 No. 771 126 with a Quedlinburg to Frose train. The track that the latter vehicle is standing on has now been regauged to metre-gauge for the HSB as far as Gernrode, on 15th May 1995
