On 14th May 2012, the California Zephyr has a break in the Colorado mountain town of Denver. This is roughly the half way point of the epic 3 day journey from Chicago to San Francisco. In this shot, the train is refuelling and the buffet cat being restocked at the temporary platform while the main station is upgraded. It was also a good opportunity for me to stretch my legs!
