Class 86/2 engine No. 86233 Laurence Olivier returns to the centre road at Ipswich on 9th August 1986 after bringing in a Liverpool Street - Norwich service. At the time, electrification to Norfolk was not complete and a Class 47 diesel took such workings forward to their destination and back again.
