Class 90 No. 90046 at Ipswich on 12th May 2007 at 14:30 on the front of the failed 12:30 Norwich - Liverpool Street with DVT 82112 and 90003 on the rear. The 90 failed at Stowmarket with a dead battery and 90046 took the errant set to Norwich Crown Point. 90046 was built at Crewe Works and new to traffic on 4th July 1990 and was renumbered to 90146 from 29th July 1991 until 28th December 2001 when it reverted back to 90046.
