New build locomotive LNWR Bloomer 2-2-2 No. 670, under construction since 1986, is seen at Tyseley on 6th July 2014. Slow progress is being made on No. 670 due to lack of funds, unlike the relatively rapid build of the LMS Patriot 4-6-0 No. 45551 "The Unknown Warrior", the frames of which are in the foreground.
