Class 47/7 No. 47710 Sir Walter Scott at Edinburgh Waverley on 10th June 1984 with the 12:30 to Glasgow. New as D1939 to London Midland Western Lines on 15th April 1966 and under TOPS became 47496 in March 1974 before conversion to 47710 on 7th August 1979. Sold to Waterman Railways in May 1994 then resold to Fragonset on 24th January 1997. Withdrawn in February 2007 and cut up at EMR Kingsbury in March 2007.
