The electrification of the WCML entailed the raising of many of the overbridges to accommodate the electrical catenary. This work is being carried out on the overbridge carrying the A5013 Stafford to Eccleshall road at Great Bridgeford as a Princess Coronation Class Pacific passes on a Down Express in 1961.
