LMS Class 5 No. 44852 on 10.47 Leeds City-Morecambe Promenade overtakes fellow Class 5 No. 45112 on a down freight at Skipton South Junction on 23rd May 1961. The overbridge carries the former Ilkley Branch over the Main Line and is still in use by Stone Traffic to and from the Tilcon Quarry at Swinden on the truncated Grassington Branch.
