To commemorate 150 years of Wilsons Brewery in Manchester a series of private charters ran on several Wednesdays in the summer of 1984 between Manchester Victoria and Miles Platting hauled by ex LNWR Coal Tank No. 1054. The locomotive is pictured passing through the centre roads at Manchester Victoria on an unrecorded date.
