Ex GWR 1500 Class 0-6-0 pannier tank No. 1501 departs Arley with an empty stock move to Highley having just arrived on the 10:35 local train from Kidderminster on 23rd March 2014 during the last day of the Severn Valley Railway Spring steam gala. This small class of ten Pannier tanks differed from the rest of the class by having outside cylinders, Walschaerts valve gear, and a very short wheelbase.
