Preliminary work has just commenced on the new flyover scheme to take the North Staffordshire line over the West Coast Mainline north of Bridge24 at Norton Bridge. The exact location of the flyover will be at the 2nd existing overhead line structure marked by the 3rd coach of Virgin Class 390 Pendolino No. 390034 on 14.47 Liverpool -Euston on 16th February 2014
