Class 31/1 No. 31106 at Doncaster Works on 30th September 1984. New as D5524 at 30A Stratford on 26th March 1959 and withdrawn on 7th September 1998 and stored until sold to Howard Johnston Engineering in October 1999. The 31 was then put back to work under the Fragonset banner for five years and is now based at Derby and is used on Test trains.
