Network Rail's Class 31/1 No. 31285 in NR yellow livery and fitted with high intensity lights for infrastructure inspection work approaches Tutbury and Hatton Station with test train 3Q01, 00:07 hrs Longsight TMD to Derby RTC (Network Rail) that during the itinerary incorporated several routes in the North West including Blackburn, Hellifield, Blackburn, Blackpool South and Blackpool North, Preston and Manchester Oxford Road prior to returning to Derby via Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent and Uttoxeter on Saturday 25th January 2014. The train, comprised of Network Rail coaches No. 99666, No. 977985 and No. 62384 with DBSO No. 9708 at the rear heads along the North Staffordshire route as its returns to the RTC at Derby.
