With Network Rail Class 37 No. 97303 leading and No. 37304 'John Tiley' trailing, the 1Z18 12:25 Crewe to Derby RTC test train passes North Stafford Junction on 9th January 2014. Unusually this working was diverted via Castle Donington. The Network Rail vehicle was No. 975091 'MENTOR' (Mobile Electrical Network Testing Observation Recording) used for checking the integrity of overhead equipment.
