Sulzer 'Peak' Class 44's Nos. 44005 'Cross Fell' & 44002 'Helvellyn' stand at Sheffield on 24th July 1977 at the head of 'The Borderman' railtour from Derby via Nottingham. The locos worked as far as York where Class 55 No. 55003 took over for the run to Carlisle via Newcastle, returning via the WCML to Carnforth, then via Hellifield.
