Class 24/1 No. 24106 approaching Falkland Yard Ayr with a single GUV parcels coach in late March 1976. Delivered as D5106 she was allocated to Eastfield MPD, Glasgow at this time. Withdrawl was not far away in December 1976 from Haymarket MPD, Edinburgh and scrapping followed at Doncaster Works during October 1977.
