Class 31/1 No. 31216 at Doncaster Works on 22nd July 1984. It began as No. D5641 on 18th August 1960 and was converted to No. 31467 on 17th March 1985. The 31 was withdrawn on 7th September 1998 and sold to the East Lancs Railway for preservation, where it arrived on 11th January 2000. However preservation never happened and the loco was robbed for spares and the remains were cut up at EMR Kingsbury in August 2008.
