Standing in what used to be the famous platform 9 at York station on 28th September 2013 is Class 82 No. 82201. Powered by Class 91 No. 91126 it is working 1S13, an East Coast service from King's Cross to Edinburgh. This view emphasises the curvature of the line which made re-starting steam services so difficult here.
