One of the visiting locomotives for the Severn Valley Railways Autumn Steam Gala was LMS Coronation class Pacific No. 46233 'Duchess of Sutherland'. After suffering an air brake problem on the first day of the gala, which was swiftly resolved, she unfortunately suffered a re-occurrence of the problem and was unavailable for the final day. The locomotive is seen being inspected early in the morning at Bewdley, on 22nd September 2013.
