DRS locomtives and coaches have been hired to run the Sunday Derby to Crewe and return services, due to the EMT driver's overtime ban. Passing Marston-on-Dove on 25th August 2013 are seen DRS Class 37s No's. 37425 "Concrete Bob / Sir Robert McAlpine" (recently renamed) and 37405 in 'top and tail' mode around DRS coaches No's. 6046, 6117 and 17159, on the 1K05 16:38 Derby to Crewe service. It has been over two decades since Class 20's or Class 31 locomotives worked passenger services on this line.
