Metrolink Phase 3 Oldham and Rochdale Line. Oldham Central tram stop is in the centre on Union Street, Oldham and is seen here during construction on Tuesday 30th July 2013. The line, due to open in 2014 is now largely completed in terms of track and OHLE but much work is still needed to integrate the line into the existing street furniture.
