Photographed shortly after arrival by road from the Battlefield Line at Shackerstone, Class 73/1 electro-diesel No. 73105 is off-loaded at Nemesis Rail, Burton-on-Trent in the afternoon of Thursday 25th July 2013. During the latter part of its BR ownership the locomotive was repainted into the Dutch grey and yellow livery. However, over the ensuing years since preservation the locomotive has been subject to the elements and is now in a rather shabby external condition and in desperate need of attention to its bodywork.
