Metro Vic Co-Bo No. D5705 stands at Derby in April 1959. New to stock on 5th December 1958, the whole class of 20 were stored 1960-61 for modifications. Withdrawn on 7th September 1968 and moved to Derby RTC in December 1968, it was taken into Departmental use and renumbered S15705 in February 1969 until withdrawal in November 1973. It was moved to the East Lancs Railway at Bury 10th January 1997 for restoration.
