Class 55 Deltic No. 55022 waits at Ramsbottom with the East Lancs Railways first service of the day to Rawtenstall. Due to the adverse weather, the decision was taken to top and tail this service, with Class 40 No. D335 at the rear. Taken January 26th 2013.
