Thompson K1 class No. 62005 leads the top & tail Blyth & Tyne charter away from Newsham South after joining the single line to eventually rejoin the ECML at Benton Jcn. The train visited many points on the Blyth & Tyne route including Marcheys House, Bedlington and North Blyth. At the rear of the train is LNER K4 class No. 61994 'The Great Marquess'.
