An unusual sight at North Stafford Junction on 13th May 2013 was two DRS Class 37 No's. 37602 and 37610 'T.S. (Ted) Cassady' heading test train 1Z14 from Crewe to Derby RTC. It is probable there was a problem with No. 37610 giving rise to No. 37602 leading this train. The Network Rail coaches were No. 977969 for staff, No. 977868 Radio Survey unit and Generator Van No. 6261.
